“ Learning the basic operations of the program was straight forward making our previous program look very clumsy. Having the stock come up all together on one continuous page is great, with selection options and the ability to 'total' any selection so you know how many items of one type you have and what value. My favourite part is the Ringbook which holds any item you wish and you can load photos and valuations to have on hand for staff to print out when the item is sold. The items stay in the ringbook even if they are sold.You can also print out pictures from the ringbook folder. As we are manufacturers it is great to be able to have photo records of items we have made for customers, or for stock, and print them on photo paper or save the files to our photo image screen, which sits in the window. I am very comfortable with the serial number system after initially being a bit sceptical but now I like having the stock always in chronological order, and also avoid problems with more than one item per number like we had before. The support Richard gives is excellent.”

"The repair programme is extremely thorough, it has lots of space and different areas for writing notes, comments, prices both retail and wholesale. It makes it very easy for our team to follow as we can write every communication in there that we have with our customers, so at any given time we can search the customers repair packet and see exactly what stage it is at.
Being a windows based programme, it is very easy to learn and likewise very easy to train staff to use.
Excellent stock management tool, very accurate with the ability to store all relevant information.
Outstanding support. We can ring with any issue we are having with the programme, and it gets resolved very quickly, whether it is a minor or a major issue.
Excellent development of the programm. When we have had ideas that would be of benefit to us regarding the programme, Richard is very approachable and happy to write new features into the programm to suit our needs. Its almost like having a software programmer working for us."
