JCT can produce an after sale valuation using existing data from either sales receipt or ringbook

JCT has a valuations database which tracks valuations ( same as the repair database )
Writing
In JCT you can also write valuations, attach a photo and print out. There are two levels of valuation writing: simple text and menu driven
The menu driven method is far more sophisticated. Users can preload their own phrases and write a valuation just by clicking the mouse
