JCT has a valuations database which tracks valuations ( same as the repair database )

Writing

In JCT you can also write valuations, attach photos and print out.

Two extra tools are included to make writing quicker and easier for the two fingered typists: the menu builder and diamond calculator.

In the menu builder you compose the valuation by clicking on a series of menus to describe an item. Users can preload their own phrases

The diamond calculator lets you enter the stone dimensions ( to calculate estimated weight ) and click on stone grades. The calculator then expands this data into the standard written valuation format
